Leveraging the expertise of Erskine Chambers and FromCounsel's knowledge lawyers, FC Training provides interactive e-learning modules featuring easily digestible content with engaging visuals and audio, and a focus on practical application.
The latest modules include the private M&A series which explore sale and purchase transactions. The series takes learners through an introduction to these transactions; exchange, completion and conditionality; buyer protections; seller protections; and consideration options. In addition, Windemnity (providers of broking options for M&A insurance) have collaborated with FC to provide a module exploring warranty & indemnity insurance. This covers how W&I insurance works, what the benefits and limitations are, and the impact on deal documentation.
